These terms apply when you purchase from Sending You God at sendingyougod.com. By placing an order, you agree to these terms.

What we sell

We sell handcrafted mini eco-wood crosses. Each piece is made from natural wood and may vary slightly in grain and color — that's part of the charm of a handmade item.

Pricing

All prices are in US dollars. Payment is processed securely through Stripe at checkout. You will receive an email confirmation from Stripe after your purchase.

Shipping

We ship within the United States. After your order is placed, we handcraft, pack, and ship your cross with care. Most orders ship within 3–5 business days and arrive within 5–10 business days depending on your location and carrier.

For yourself: your cross ships to the address you provide at checkout.

Gift orders: we ship directly to your recipient at the address you provide. Your optional gift message is included on a message card. Please double-check the recipient's address before submitting — we cannot redirect a package once it has shipped.

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address. We are not responsible for delays caused by incorrect addresses, carrier issues, or events outside our control.

All sales final

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges — including for change of mind, natural variations in wood grain or color, or gift orders shipped to someone else. Please review your order carefully before checkout, especially recipient name and address for gift orders.

If your cross arrives damaged in shipping, contact us within 7 days of delivery at hello@sendingyougod.com with your order details and a photo. At our discretion, we may send a replacement. We do not issue refunds.

Cancellations

Once your payment is complete, your order cannot be cancelled. Please double-check your details before completing checkout.

Limitation of liability

Sending You God is a small faith-based gift business. Our crosses are intended as personal reminders of faith and encouragement — not as medical, legal, or professional advice. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your purchase or use of our products.

Privacy

We handle your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy.

Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The "Last updated" date at the top reflects the latest version. Continued use of the site after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.
